We have been doing a lot of work on our policies and procedures at Strathalbyn Christian College and reviewing the Discipline policy has been a process taking place over the course of this year. It was highlighted that we could do 'it better' and we have taken research from what other schools do and coupled research with our local context and practices to develop a modified Policy and set of procedures.

Colin Buchanan's visit to Strathalbyn Christian College has been hailed a success. Tickets sold out before the show and fans of all ages were thrilled with the performer's delightful performance.

Changes for Secondary students

The WA Government has announced changes to the structure of Year 11 and 12 courses to take effect from 2015/2016. This will affect current year 9 students and later, those who are younger. While the exact details of the changes are still being announced, there are some immediate changes that will affect our current year 11s as well.
